Entry price point for Screen Damage cover is £2 a month with selected devices only. Prices vary according to device and level of cover. - Manufacturer approved parts:
Even though we always try to use manufacturer-approved parts for repairs, sometimes, repairs may use readily available parts instead. These parts might be unbranded or a different colour. If this type of repair makes a future warranty claim invalid, we'll cover the cost of that repair. We'll keep this cover for the rest of the manufacturer's warranty period, even if you cancel your policy. - AppleCare Services:
Back glass repair is not available on iPhone SE and iPhone models released prior to iPhone 12. - Worldwide Cover:
You are covered for trips anywhere in the world, but replacement or repaired devices can only be sent to a UK address.

- Multi-line discount
Multi-line discounts are applied based on the order in which you buy insurance policies. The first policy you buy won't get a multi-line discount. It will be the “qualifying product” for other policies added to the same account. Your multi-line discount will end if you upgrade to a new device or a SIM only plan. This delivery timescale applies for Loss, Theft, Damage & Breakdown Cover, or Damage & Breakdown Cover (with or without AppleCare Services). If we provide a replacement device, it will be delivered the day after your claim has been approved. This doesn't apply for UK bank holidays. The service is available for addresses in England, Wales, and Scotland, except for certain postcodes. We aim to repair your device within five working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from when it's received at the repair centre, subject to parts availability.
Our optional Express Repair service costs an extra £50. This charge will be added to your next Vodafone network bill. We aim to repair your device within 24 hours after it reaches the repair centre. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not included. Repairs depend on parts being available. Once the repair is complete, we'll arrange a priority courier to return the device to your chosen address.
